There comes a point every October when the kitchen starts quietly changing seasons.

One minute you're making sandwiches. The next minute somebody has bought cinnamon, pecans and enough butter to make a cardiologist nervous.

King Arthur Baking has decided this is an excellent time to encourage the behavior.

Through October 28, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, King Arthur is offering up to 25% off its On-Demand Baking Classes: 15% off one class, 20% off two, or 25% off three.

The classes cover bread, pizza, pastries, pies, gluten-free baking and other projects, and because they are on demand, you can work through them on your own schedule.

There are a few other current fall offers worth noticing.

Qualifying merchandise orders of $99 or more include a free Nordic Ware ornament while supplies last, and appliances ship free.

King Arthur is also offering 10% off Ankarsrum accessories when purchased with an Ankarsrum Essential Stand Mixer.

Of course, you don't have to be shopping for a class or an appliance. King Arthur's store goes well beyond flour, with baking mixes, specialty ingredients, pans, kitchen tools, cookbooks and gifts for just about anybody whose happy place involves an oven.

If Thanksgiving pies, Christmas cookies or homemade bread are already beginning to cross your mind, this might be a pretty good excuse to start early.
